Samaritan Health Ministries is Moving Clinic Location

April 25, 2025 - Leander, Texas - Samaritan Health Ministries (SHM) announces the relocation of their clinic at 904 Crystal Falls Pkwy, Leander, TX 78641 to their new location, 6 miles down the road, to 1900 Cypress Creek Rd., Unit 200, Cedar Park, TX 78613. SHM is downsizing from 4,600 sq feet to 1,900 sq feet, in order to help reduce operational cost and increase care.  Their clinic will remain closed April 25th - May 5th, 2025 for the relocation and move. SHM will reopen patient services on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 and resume normal operational clinic hours Tues-Thurs from 9am-2pm, All wellness and health services will be offered at the new clinic, along with pharmacy medications, prescription refills, and labs.
